Once again Stephen’s plumbing has come to my rescue. This morning I woke up with standing water on the floor of my kitchen at 5:30 am. The plastic water line for the fridge was leaking behind it. As usual Srephen’s came thru as they have many times over the years. In 2017 I was out of town when my water heater leaked. My cleaning lady called me on Friday afternoon. I called you guys and arranged for you to install a new one that afternoon. Unbelievable service. In 2020 my sewers backed up. You came out on a Sunday night to rod out my sewer. We really appreciate the way you guys do business. I really appreciate Dan who came out today. You have a great team!!!!!

I work a block down from Stephens and we had an urgent need for a plumber. The girl who answered when I called was great at expediting our need and within 15 minutes 2 guys were coming in the door. They recognized the problem and service needed, took care of it and cleaned up very well before they left. Great service all the way around! A special shout out to Chip at Stephens Plumbing in Downers Grove for his excellent service today. Chip diagnosed our issue and promptly fixed it. I couldn't be more happier by his service. We've been customers of Stephens ever since we bought our first house in Downers in 1986, and they are the ones we call for all our plumbing, sump pump, water heater etc. needs!

Stephens Plumbing was able to help us out of a really difficult situation created by Grand Appliances' installation crew. Grand's folks said they could not install our new dryer and we were left with uninstalled appliances and no recommended solutions. We called Stephens Plumbing and Perry immediately understood our issue. He came out to help us extremely quickly, was incredibly knowledgeable and he fixed the issue efficiently and effectively.
